Build to Own is £149 per month for 12 payments: £1,788 in total. Prefer to pay for the project directly? Own from Launch starts at £1,200. Care after ownership is optional at £49/mo. Prices exclude VAT where chargeable. Your proposal confirms the final amount payable before work starts.

Each payment includes £100 towards the website build and £49 for care. The standard scope covers up to 5 core pages, copywriting, custom design, a mobile-friendly build, an enquiry form and technical SEO foundations. Project support starts at kickoff; hosting, backups, maintenance and qualifying small edits start at launch.

Payment one is due at project kickoff, with no separate setup fee. The 12-payment term covers the build and the agreed care during that period. Your proposal confirms the payment schedule and delivery plan before we start.

After 12 cleared payments, you own the project-specific website with no buyout fee. Managed Care is then optional at £49/mo, or you can arrange a handoff to another host or developer. We confirm your care or handoff choice before the term ends.

Your domain, supplied content, brand assets, enquiry data and analytics accounts remain yours. The project-specific website design and code transfer after the final agreed payment. Hexlay retains its existing tools and reusable components, with the rights you need to run the transferred site. Third-party assets and services keep their own licences.

No. Tell us about your business and share accurate details, useful examples and any claims you can support. We write the agreed core pages, then you review them in 2 consolidated revision rounds before launch. Extra pages, long-form content and new copy after launch are quoted separately.

Your business and service details, contact information, any logo and images you can use, relevant account access, and feedback on the work. You check the facts and approve the copy and design before launch. We will explain what is needed at each stage.

Yes. The remaining website build balance in your proposal must be settled before ownership transfers. You do not pay for future care that will not be provided. We agree the handoff and hosting end date with you.

Care includes 30 minutes of small content edits each month, such as supplied changes to text, images, links, opening hours or prices. Unused time does not roll over. We work on one request at a time, normally targeting routine small edits within three working days once instructions and content are complete. Work beyond the allowance is quoted before starting.

Tell us what you have in mind. Shops, portals, booking systems, integrations and other complex features need a custom scope and quote. They are not included in the standard core-page website price.

Yes, as an optional service. The website build includes technical search foundations for the agreed pages, such as page titles, descriptions, mobile layouts, crawlable content and a sitemap. For ongoing SEO, we review your website and goals, then agree monthly priorities, work and a separate fee before starting. SEO is not required to buy a website or care, and we do not guarantee rankings, traffic or enquiries.

Yes. We can work from your specialist’s agreed website instructions. Small supplied changes may fit Managed Care; larger implementation work is quoted separately. Your specialist remains responsible for their strategy.

A focused website usually takes around three to four weeks from an agreed brief, once the information, assets and access are ready. Timing depends on the scope and feedback, and we confirm a plan with you before starting.
