Keep Hexlay handling the website after it is yours, without continuing to pay for the build. There is no monthly edit-minute allowance, but larger work does not become a “small edit” by splitting it into several requests.

If the live website is unavailable, we begin triage the same working day when it is reported before 3pm. Resolution time depends on the cause and any third-party provider involved.
