Care is for the agreed Hexlay website. It keeps the technical upkeep and routine content changes with the team that built it.

Small content changes

Your allowance is 30 minutes each month, with one request active at a time. Examples include supplied updates to text, images, links, contact details, opening hours and prices on existing pages. Unused time does not roll over.

We normally target routine small edits within three working days once complete content and instructions arrive. If a request needs more time than your allowance, we agree the extra work and cost with you first.

Bigger changes get a separate quote

New pages, layouts, features, integrations, substantial redesigns and new copy are separate work. SEO, advertising, email services and third-party charges are not included in care.

Help when the website is unavailable

If an outage is reported before 3pm on a working day, we begin triage that day. Resolution time depends on the issue and any third-party provider involved.

You can take your website with you

After ownership, you can cancel care with 30 days’ written notice and arrange a handoff. We supply the project-specific website in the agreed format; third-party accounts, licences and migration arrangements follow your agreement.
