Managed Care is separate from paying for the build. It starts automatically at £79 per month after Build to Own payment 12, or can be added to an Own from Launch project.
It is month to month after ownership. Give 30 days’ notice if you want to cancel and take a handoff of the project-specific website.

- Unlimited requests for small, supplied changes to existing pages, with one active request at a time.
- A normal target of three working days for a routine small edit.

New pages, functions and substantial changes
New page layouts, features, integrations, substantial redesigns and larger content projects are scoped and priced before work starts.
The website project includes Hexlay drafting the agreed core-page copy from your direction and facts. Managed Care covers supplied edits to existing pages; new messaging, campaign copy or long-form content is separate work.
Support incident
When the live website is unavailable
If an outage is reported before 3pm on a working day, Hexlay begins triage that working day. Resolution time depends on the cause and any third-party provider involved.
Handoff
The website remains yours
Managed Care can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice after ownership. Hexlay will provide the project-specific website in the agreed handoff format; third-party accounts, licences and migration work follow the signed agreement.
